Since 1983 Jim Weigold has been on a mission.

My name is James Weigold, President and Founder of We Care. For over 30 years I have been providing dependable service and quality products.

We are now second generation. My sons James, Jeffrey and Justin and I have the core values that job performance should be based on

My wife Pat of 36 years and I truly believe that we are blessed to have our sons so involved in the daily operations of our family business.

Our co-workers really take pride in the words "We Care ", and that's why over 90% of our business comes from off the job recommendations and repeat business.

We have proven that if you give respect, you get respect back in return.

My grandfather was my mentor and instilled Old World values such as your name and your face are your most valued possessions.

This inspired me to put my photograph on the back of our contract for the last 3 decades. My 3 sons, James, Jeffrey and Justin now disclose their photo next to mine.

Starting in 1983 we have been offering consumer education information, providing disclosure on the back of our contract as an example of my willingness to expose the truth about my company's history and operating procedure.

This Revolutionary flag behind me is not a sign of consumer activism. I am a businessman who recognizes that there's profit if you eliminate the fear of spending, and that more people will be willing to take the chance on having a contractor resolve their issues if they are fair, honest and open.
